SkinNeutrAll<\/a> ist ein Notfallspray, mit dem sich Oberfl\u00e4chen nach der Kontamination mit sehr vielen Gefahrstoffen sehr schnell dekontaminieren lassen.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Neben der Haut lassen sich auch andere Oberfl\u00e4chen (Bekleidung, PSA, Ausr\u00fcstung) mit dem Spray dekontaminieren. Eine Spr\u00fchflasche reicht dabei f\u00fcr ca. 6 Quadratmeter Fl\u00e4che.<\/p>\n

Das Mittel wurde im zentralen Institut des Sanit\u00e4tsdienstes der Bundeswehr in M\u00fcnchen entwickelt, um ein gegen\u00fcber m\u00f6glichst vielen Gefahrstoffen wirksames Neutralisationsmittel f\u00fcr die Truppe im Feld zur Verf\u00fcgung zu haben. Das Hauptaugenmerk lag dabei auf einem m\u00f6glichst breiten Anwendungsbereich. F\u00fcr den Feldeinsatz der Bundeswehr und die \u00f6ffentliche Gefahrenabwehr (z.B. Feuerwehr, ABC-Zug) ist das Produkt super gelungen. Im Einsatzfall ist die Stoffidentifikation vor der Dekontamination Verletzter oftmals nicht m\u00f6glich und das Mittel ist tats\u00e4chlich gegen\u00fcber erstaunlich vielen Chemikalien wirksam. Die aktive Sp\u00fcll\u00f6sung neutralisiert und inaktiviert dabei sehr viele Gefahrstoffe innerhalb von Sekunden.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr die Dekontamination von mit unbekannten Stoffen kontaminierten Personen in der \u00f6ffentlichen Gefahrenabwehr ist es deshalb absolut empfehlenswert. Mir sind derzeit keine Alternativprodukte anderer Hersteller bekannt, die in Bezug auf die aktive Neutralisation und Inaktivierung von gef\u00e4hrlichen chemischen Stoffen \u00fcber ein so breites Wirkspektrum verf\u00fcgen wie SkinNeutrAll.<\/p>\n

In Deutschland wird SkinNeutrAll<\/a> von der EST biochem GmbH<\/a> vertrieben.<\/p>\n

Hinweis: f\u00fcr die innerbetriebliche Gefahrenabwehr („nur“ bekannte Gefahrstoffe) sollte die Wirksamkeit der aktiven Sp\u00fcll\u00f6sungen (Dekon-Mittel zur aktiven Neutralisation und Inaktivierung; hier gibt es noch weitere Hersteller, die eine fertige L\u00f6sung statt eines Zwei-Komponenten-Gemischs anbieten und dabei unterschiedliche Gebindegr\u00f6\u00dfen im Sortiment haben) f\u00fcr die im Betrieb vorhandenen Gefahrstoffe sowie die Handhabung (Anwendung, Lagerung, Temperaturbest\u00e4ndigkeit, Haltbarkeit) verglichen werden. Je nach Gefahrstoffen im Betrieb kann es hier Alternativen (z.B. schnellere Wirksamkeit oder schnelleres Ausbringen mittels K\u00f6rperdusche statt kleiner Spr\u00fchflasche bei gro\u00dffl\u00e4chiger Kontamination) anderer Hersteller geben, die besser geeignet sind.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
