Michael M\u00fcller und Katharina Schmiechen beschreiben in dem Werk wie im Rahmen eines Forschungsvorhabens des BBK eine Prototyp f\u00fcr einen Nachfolger des alten Selbsthilfesatzes des Zivilschutzes entwickelt und getestet wurde.
